Refund Policy
All requests for credits/refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis and must be made by contacting July Paw by phone or email. July Paw will provide a refund for any product that was deemed to be spoilt, in this instance please retain the product for examination by taking pictures and note of relevant details
You must get in touch no more than 12 hours after the confirmation of delivery has been provided to you.
Cancellation Policy
- You must notify July Paw by email or phone.
- All cancellations are subject to the cut-off times. If you cancel after the cut-off time you are liable and bound to complete that transaction - the order cannot be cancelled & refunded.
Cut Off Times for Orders
- Each week the order cut off is Thursday at 12 midday. If an order is placed after the cut off, it will be processed on Thursday the following week.
